VIN SUR VIN CHAMONIX
The ultimate catering experience
VIN SUR VIN CHAMONIX
Since 2017, we have quickly become a must-have wine bar in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
If the Wine improves, the meat matures and the cheese matures. With this maxim in mind, Le Comptoir offers an exceptional choice of wines, by the bottle or by the glass.
This wine bar and caterer offers a wide range of dishes to be tasted on the spot or at home.
Petrossian caviars, grilled lobster, smoked fish, local or Iberian charcuterie, Hare à la royale and above all the must of mature meat cooked over a wood fire: Salers, Aubrac, Abondance, Galice, Galloway.
An establishment reserved for lovers of good food and drink!
When choosing its products, Le Comptoir has only one religion: the excellence of taste through artisanal production from quality producers.
All this can be found in tastings before buying takeaway around farmhouse cheeses, truffle cheeses or cheeses with a 36-month maturation period, AOC poultry (Bresse, Dombes or Cour d'Armoise), Serrano and Pata Negra hams from Spain, or the Chef's secret recipe for Salmon Gravlax.
In season and during the holiday season, we offer oysters and seafood platters made to order!
And for your festive occasions, call upon us for our creativity!
THE MEAT BAR
If patience and maturation are the secrets of the quality and reputation of certain products (cheese, wine...), it seems that it is the same for meat.
Our chefs will also advise you on how to prepare and cook your meat.
The counter proposes your meats grilled on the braise.
“We know why it's so good.”
THE PETROSSIAN HOUSE
Distributor of the PETROSSIAN House Paris, we have the privilege to merchandise a wide range.
You can choose between 2 caviars: Daurenki Tsar Imperial and Ossetra Royal in 50g, 125g and 250g.
Different taramas, fish eggs (trout or salmon), pike caviar and its inevitable smoked salmon.
A "home-made" cuisine with high quality products and the selection of the best meats, poultry, game and seafood.
Every day, Le Comptoir offers gourmet rendezvous and takes us back to the most beautiful pages of French gastronomy.
The great classics: local snails, gratins dauphinois, game pie, smoked lake fish, venison carpaccio... share the stage with the timeless dishes of our gourmet heritage: sweetbread ravioli with morel mushrooms, calf's head, homemade pike dumplings with Nantua sauce, and many more.
